RAG Statuses Explained
Red / Amber / Green indicators are used throughout the Performance component. You will find a explanation of what these mean below:
KPIs / Commitments
Red:
Indicates that the KPI / commitment has failed and completed. There is no chance to recover the KPI / commitment.
Amber:
Indicates that the KPI / commitment is failing but not yet complete. There is still time to recover the data before it completes.
Green:
Indicates that the KPI / commitment is passing or has passed.
Project Overview Chart
The project overview chart only contains red and green statuses:
Red:
Indicates that the project has failing or failed KPIs / commitments.
Green:
Indicates that the project has no failing or failed KPIs / commitments.
Performance Dashboard Chart (Rings)
The performance dashboard chart only contains red and green statuses.
Red:
Indicates that the framework is failing when compared to the framework average or target (depending on which toggle you select).
Green:
Indicates that the framework is passing when compared to the framework average or target (depending on which toggle you select).
